We take pride in our work, take a look at our past projects below.

Vista Mar
New Build
St Merryn, Cornwall
Located in the heart of St Meryn, we built this house from start to finish with architectural design put in place. The house consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an open planned kitchen-diner and lounge. Walking up the the house the Clerestory windows at the front of the property bring light in to the upper level giving the open plan living area a bright and airy feel. The modern house, combined with the Cornish stone work on the exterior give the property a true authentic feel. To the rear of the property a bespoke balcony was built, giving the home owners great views over the countryside and added afternoon sun!
From the foundations to handing over the keys, we carry out the whole service so there is no need to look for any other contractors – this all comes under one roof! We find for the best results it’s important to work as a team effort between us and the client, making dreams a reality.
Chapel Amble
Renovation
St Minver, Cornwall
On the outskirts of St Minver, this once derelict farm house has seen a total conversion. Removing all of the existing kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and clearing all of the house to convert it into an open planned family house. Initially we had to take down all of the walls and make alterations to the house cavity ceiling and new walls and stud walls. The whole house has been rewired, re-plumbed, re-plastered with new flag stone floors, new kitchen, new bathrooms, 2 new terraces, pantry and fine finishes.
Adjacent to the main house we have also built a new garage block which includes plenty of room for cars, a wetsuit room, gardening room, and outdoor shower a necessity for any beach goers! This project featured a large amount of design and build to create bespoke areas for the client’s needs. Flag stones from the entrance of the main house join a brand new 2 bedroom house with a balcony and terrace area a great addition for any friends and family to visit. The house features great views of the Cornish countryside and we have also completed all the soft and hard landscaping around the property to give it the finishing touches.
We take pride the finishing of both houses and it’s great to see an old farm house restored to it’s former glory.
Trecugo Cottage
Renovation
St Minver, Polzeath, Cornwall
This property was initially a run-down old 18th Century farmhouse. We carried out a total conversion of the whole house working very closely with the clients. Once we had converted the 5 bedroom 3 bathroom house we continued to build our clients a very special boat house and a large study flat with 2 further rooms. In the grounds of the house we completed landscaping the gardens, building terraces and laying tiling for the new swimming pool. Again, for this project we carried out the whole build and worked very closely with our clients communicating mostly via email and phone calls. Like a lot of our clients, they lived up country and therefore close communication was key to make sure they were kept informed every step of the way.
Moyles Farm
Renovation
St Minver, Polzeath, Cornwall
Featured in 25 Beautiful Homes Magazine
We converted this 15th century flour mill on the North Cornwall coast, into a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom, family home and 2 other barns on the site into holiday accommodation. The owners described the property before the conversion as ‘a bomb site’, and are delighted with the outcome. This project was challenging and required lots of thought with the various building materials used. Most of the floors were solid oak and slate flag stones. All of the materials were sourced locally except windows which the owner sourced from Lithuania. This project was a total re-build and one which we were proud to be involved with. The property was also featured in the inspirational magazine ‘25 Beautiful Homes’.
Kitchen designed and fitted by Broad & Turner
Treviskers Kitchen
Commercial
Padstow, Cornwall
Trevisker’s Kitchen was another one of our commercial projects. Initially it wasn’t a project we were going to carry out but the owner was unfortunately let down on a number of occasions so Tim Walton Builders stepped in to help the project across the line. During the project we carried took the restaurant from a bare field into a well-established restaurant. Erecting the steel framing, timber frame panels and the fixing of the profiled roof. On the completion of the roof we worked with an interior designer, planning the interior walls and handmade all of the bespoke tables and furniture to showcase wine and champagne selection.
Once the interior was finished we moved to the garden space, creating a great area for families to relax in the sun, which included hard
landscaping, slabbing and fencing. We also delivered a first-class project ahead of time giving the owner 3 weeks to finesse the project and open to the public.
The business is now an integral part of the community and has been very successful. Henk de Villiers and the team were delighted we carried out. His quote was ‘first class!’

Barefoot Media
Commercial
St Wenn, Cornwall
We were lucky enough to win the contract to build and create offices for Barefoot Media, we constructed brand new office linked to the existing office. The build consisted of blockwork and stonework, solid oak frames, a zinc roof in keeping with the traditional slates which were featured both inside and outside the building. The project was managed from start to handover, giving the Barefoot Media team essential space to cater for their booming business.
The Manor House
Renovation
St Maybn, Cornwall
This property was initially an old degraded Grade II listed manor house which was dated back to 1740.
The property has been extensively restored to a very high standard, incorporating modern facilities with a wealth of original features throughout. As a company we specialise in refurbishing properties but ensuring that original features are kept intact. This included fitting bespoke materials to ensure the manor’s bell tower was restored to it’s former glory! Having carried out the renovation, the property provided spacious, well-laid out accommodation which extends to over 6,000 sqf and arranged on three different floors. To the rear of the main house, we built an attractive stone court yard which leads to a detached double garage and games room.
Throughout this project we used our knowledge of traditional building methods, with lime plasters and mortars relevant to the period, every detail was considered right down to the cornicing. The windows and joinery had to match existing styles and being a grade 2 listed building we needed to be sympathetic to the period and surrounding area. With this project we collaborated with an architect who had a wealth of relevant experience and the materials we used needed to be sourced from around the country, making sure the whole project was in keeping.
